上海国际港务（集团）股份有限公司罗泾分公司地处上海市宝山罗泾地区，是上港集团内连接长三角腹地最近的港区之一，为沪上通往外省市、水陆要冲。坐落于长江与黄浦江交汇处，长江口南支河段“黄金水道”南岸。集疏运条件极为优越，距环线12公里；码头周边河网密集，铁路运输连接全国各地。
    公司是2005年根据《上海市总体规划》，为构筑上海国际航运中心而建造的，是2007年国家支撑计划——现代港口物流服务示范工程、上海市十大建设工程项目之一，是上港集团承担以外贸进出口件杂货装卸为主，以国际集装箱和仓储物流为辅的现代化、多功能的专业码头。公司于2008年2月1日正式投产。
    公司建设总投资25亿元,目前年吞吐能力1200万吨,码头泊位总长2460米,有6个3万吨至5万吨级栈桥式码头的深水泊位,码头前沿水深一13.2米,另有11座500吨到1万吨级水水中转泊位,码头陆域面积为55.49万平方米。整个码头通过1号引桥（宽32.4米）、2号引桥（宽25米）、3号引桥（宽40.4米）和库场连成一体。         >>视频介绍

Located in Luojin, Boshan District, Shanghai, Shanghai International Port(Group) Co., Ltd. Luojing Terminal Branch is among the nearest terminals in the Group to the heart of Yangtze River Delta and the hub of water and land transportation connecting Shanghai to other provinces and cities. Situated in the juncture of Yangtze River and Huangpu River and the south bank of “Golden Course” of the southern Yangtze River estuary, the terminal is advantageous in terms of integrated transportation. It is 12 km from the beltway; a network of rivers surrounds the port and the nearby railway station connects it with places around the nation.
    Built according to Overall Plan of Shanghai City in 2005 and with the purpose of building a Shanghai International Navigation Center, the project is among the 2007 National Support Projects—Modern Port Logistics Service Models and Top 10 Shanghai Projects. It is a specialized modern and multi-purpose terminal undertaken by the Group with breakbulk cargoes handling as the main line of business and international containers, storage as well as logistics as supplementary parts. The company started its business February 1, 2008.
    The total investment volume is 2.5 billion RMB. The current annual capacity of the terminal is 12 million tons, and the total length of the quay amounts to 2460 meters. There are 6 offshore trestle deep-water berths ranging from 30,000 ton to 50,000 ton with front water depth of minus 13.2 meters. And also there are 11 berths for transshipment ranging from 500 tons to 10,000 tons with land area of 554,900 square meters. The bridge approaches NO.1 (32.4 m in width), No.2 (25 m in width) and No. 3 (40.4 m in width) combine the whole terminal and the warehouse ground.
